The Russell County Sheriff’s Office is the law enforcement agency in charge of the day to day operation of the Lebanon Community Correctional Center. The jail is in Lebanon, Virginia.

The Lebanon Community Correctional Center is nestled on the southeast corner in the Russell County Courthouse Square. You will see a plain two-story white building. This plain building was built back in 1938 for the jail of the Russell County.  During this time the second floor of the facility holds around 13 jail sells. Back in the day, all of the cooking was done by the sheriff’s wife. In the northeast corner of the Russell County, you’ll find the living quarters where the county sheriff stays.

in 2019, the Lebanon Community Correctional Center is going under some small renovations, such as getting a new outside look. All of the labor going into the renovations will be conducted by inmates serving time in the facility to help save tax dollars.

The Lebanon Community Correctional Center has its current inmate roster available to the general public on the web. The roster will not display in inmates who have been released, on probation, or transferred to another facility.
