Lebanon Community Correctional Center is in Lebanon, Virginia. The facility is operated and ran by the Russell County Sheriff’s Department.
The Lebanon Community Correctional Center will allow inmates to have visitors on certain days, they will be able to call home during certain times, and they will be provided with three meals a day.
All staff that is employed at the Lebanon Community Correctional Center must undergo the required state of Virginia Training Board Certified 200 Hour Academy.
While inmates are serving their time in the Lebanon Community Correctional Center they will have access to a GED prep program, medical care, and three meals a day.
All staff members are highly trained when working with inmates. They went through rigorous training that will allow them to protect themselves, inmates, and even visitors if needed. The main mission in the Lebanon Community Correctional Center is to provide the necessary resources to both inmates and staff to help rehabilitate the individuals to become productive members of society.
They will be able to be a laundry attendant, or a kitchen helper, among various other positions. Inmates will also have the opportunity to have been a part of the work program while they are serving their time.
