Inmates are released when they post bail, placed under probation, or on their own recognizance. All inmates that are released from the Terrell County Jail will be released between 7 PM to 9 PM.
All inmates in the Terrell County Jail will have access to medical care when needed. They will have access to three meals a day, as well as hygiene products.
While inmates are serving their time out in the Terrell County Jail, they can work throughout the jail such as laundry personnel or a kitchen staff member. In return for their hard work, they can shave off a few days from their overall sentence.
