One of the mods is a minimum-security direct supervision unit that also holds males. Two more of the housing units are maximum-security indirect supervision that holds male inmates. The last housing pod is an indirect minimum and maximum-security for female inmates. The housing units will also have video visitation booths, outdoor exercise areas, and multi-purpose rooms.
The facility also consists of laundry areas, medical areas, a kitchen, and booking/intake section.
