The Randolph County Juvenile is situated in Moberly, Missouri. The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office is the law enforcement agency responsible for maintaining the day to day operations of the Randolph County Juvenile.
The facility is a medium security correctional facility. The facility adheres to both state and federal laws. The Randolph County Juvenile mission is to provide a safe and secure facility for both inmates and the staff. They cooperate with other criminal justice agencies.
The facility is not only home to inmates who have already been sentenced. As of today, the Randolph County Juvenile holds inmates who are waiting for their trial, inmates going through the judicial system, and inmates who didn’t make (or was denied) bond.
When an inmate is booked into the Kandiyohi, they will be signing a form that acknowledges that they understand there is a charge of $20 per day. The Randolph County Juvenile has what they call a Pay for Stay.
The inmate will have a 20% discount if they pay their bill in full between 7 days of when they are released from the facility. The Pay for Stay is where the inmate will be required to pay for the time they serve. If an inmate does not pay within the 7 days, the Randolph County Juvenile will send it to a collection agency.
