The Iosco County Jail is a medium security prison that houses adult inmates. No minors are in this facility. This facility is where people who are arrested in Iosco County will go when they are booked and processed.
As of today, the Iosco County Jail can hold up to 40 inmates at any given time. Not all inmates in the facility have been sentenced. There are inmates in the facility that are waiting for their trial or waiting for their sentencing.

Even though an inmate is serving their time out in the Iosco County Jail, it does not mean they cannot call home to their loved ones. The facility requires the inmates family and friends to load up money on the inmate’s phone account for them to call home.
