The Miami County Jail is nestled in Peru, Indiana. The Miami County Sheriff’s Office is the law enforcement agency responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of the Miami County Jail.

While inmates are serving their time in the Miami County Jail, they can receive visitors. These visitors will need to provide an identification card. This identification card can be their driver’s license, state identification card, or their United States Passport. You are required to make an appointment to visit an inmate. Inmates can also receive letters from their loved ones. Inmates will also have the opportunity to call their loved ones as well.
