The Martin County Jail is a medium-security facility. The facility only houses both adult male and adult female inmates. This facility does not house juvenile inmates. When an inmate is booked and process into the facility, they will be given their uniforms, personal hygiene products, and linens (bed and bath). They will also have access to the reading library along with having access to the daily local newspapers.
The Martin County Sheriff’s Office is the law enforcement agency responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Martin County Jail. The Martin County Jail is situated in Stuart, Florida.
The Martin County Jail has its inmate roster available on the web for the general public to search through. This inmate roster is here to only display inmates they currently have custody of. This roster will not display inmates who were released, put on probation, or inmates transferred to another jail. The roster is updated every 24 hours around 7 AM EST.
Inmates in the Martin County Jail are encouraged to write home to their family and friends. Family and friends can send an inmate a letter. All letters or packages will have to be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). If a letter or a package is sent through another carrier it will be denied and sent back to the original sender.
