The Phillips County Jail is operated and ran by the Ballard Sheriff’s Department in Holyoke, Colorado. The facility is the holding pen for not only people who have already been convicted of their crime but people who are awaiting trial as well.
The Phillips County Jail is accredited by the Colorado Corrections Accreditation Commission.
The Detention Center comes equipped with a housing area, booking area, laundry facility, medical ward, visiting areas, courtroom, and support areas.
