The Santa Cruz County – Tony Estrada Detention Center is a medium-security jail. However, the facility does not only old those who have already been sentenced. The facility also holds inmates who couldn’t make bail, who was denied bail, or broke their bond requirements and awaiting trial.

Inmates who are housed in the David L. Moss Criminal Justice Center will have the opportunity to have their family visit them. Their immediate relatives will be approved for on-site visits.
